It’s August and we know you’re swamped with what might seem like an upside down school year. To help you navigate this crazy year, we put together a list of things you should be focused on in August and September.
Confirm portrait days are set with your photographer.

Schedule your first appointment with Team Cole.
Meet with staff to plan marketing and sales, define staff roles, discuss theme, plan ladder (aka outline of pages) and start ad sales.
Meet with administrative team – typically the principal and bookkeeper are you main contacts in administration.
Get student list with parent email addresses – ask your administrative team or counselor for this information.
Plan to attend fall workshop.
